This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the cross-channel paid media strategy, including execution, measurement, forecasting, and pacing.
• Develop, initiate, and expand integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and audio platforms.
• Forecast expenditures and manage pacing by channel, geography, and target audience.
• Oversee channel-level P&L, present forecasts, and create growth-scenario models.
• Construct and execute test roadmaps across bids, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Document insights and operationalize successful testing initiatives.
• Manage conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and events.
• Create Looker Studio and GA4 dashboards, along with in-depth analyses that inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Creative, Web, Sales/RevOps, and Data teams.
• Coordinate messaging, landing experiences, and attribution with external agency partners and contractors.
• Design and sustain scalable operating systems that include AI-driven alerts, anomaly detection, bulk quality assurance, and creative variant generation.
• Implement quality assurance checklists and safeguards to prevent errors and budget leakage.
• Provide weekly pacing updates and create executive-ready narratives for leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior buyers as the function expands.
• Direct management of at least four of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads Manager.
• Proven history of managing over $5M annually in aggregate paid media spend while achieving or surpassing CAC/ROAS targets.
• Expert-level proficiency in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with at least one user-level analytics platform, such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
• Strong grasp of machine-learning bidding strategies, including tROAS, tCPA, and Maximize Conversions/Value.
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, scenario modeling, and channel-level P&L management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to brief creative teams, align stakeholders, and present to leadership effectively.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with DV360 and/or SA360.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of digital out-of-home buying or planning.
• Nice to have: Skills in conversion-oriented copywriting for ads and landing pages.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in SQL or scripting for analytics/reporting purposes.
• Must confirm if visa sponsorship is required to maintain work authorization in the employment country.
• Must indicate whether the applicant has previously worked for a proprietary trading firm.
