This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and enhance paid media campaigns that increase lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost effectiveness throughout the entire funnel—from click to closed-won.
• Create, oversee, and refine campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels to maximize performance and boost conversion rates.
• Assist in managing a multi-million-dollar annual paid media budget by tracking expenditure, optimizing channel allocation, and aiding in forecasting and performance reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors, including paid newsletters, content syndication partners, review platforms, and lead generation programs, ensuring that campaigns meet performance targets.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across landing pages, ad creatives, and lead capture experiences.
• Collaborate with ABM, customer, content, product marketing, and sales teams to enhance marketing initiatives through paid channels and ensure alignment with wider demand generation strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performance and formulate actionable recommendations to enhance pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, cost per opportunity, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Remain updated on emerging trends in paid media, platform capabilities, and AI-driven search developments to discover new growth opportunities.
• Over 4 years of practical B2B paid media experience with a proven ability to drive demand generation and pipeline, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Extensive experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with 6sense, programmatic advertising, Reddit, Meta, review platforms such as G2, content syndication networks, and third-party lead generation programs is advantageous.
• Experience in managing paid media budgets and optimizing channel performance in line with business objectives and data insights.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo for campaign attribution and reporting; experience with landing page optimization or personalization tools such as Instapage or VWO is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of generative engine optimization (GEO) and the impact of AI-driven search on paid media strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional teamwork across marketing, sales, and external partners.
