This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in executing paid digital campaigns aimed at boosting donor acquisition, increasing sustainer growth, facilitating donor renewals, upgrades, and enhancing overall membership growth.
• Aid in the setup of campaigns, ensuring quality assurance, adhering to naming conventions, reporting, and publishing across various paid digital platforms.
• Support paid advertising initiatives on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant or emerging digital channels.
• Design and implement A/B testing strategies for paid media campaigns, encompassing ad copy, creative, landing pages, target audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee and optimize Google Ads paid search campaigns, which includes developing keyword strategies, adjusting bids, conducting search term analyses, monitoring negative keywords, improving quality scores, and providing ongoing performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Senior Online Membership Associate to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend necessary budget and creative adjustments.
• Partner with the Senior Online Membership Associate and Lead Content Producer to assist in creating graphics, editing videos, adjusting creative versions, resizing assets, and addressing various other content requirements.
• Help manage and track advertising performance in relation to goals, spending pace, campaign schedules, and performance benchmarks.
• Establish and maintain systems for organizing creative assets, campaign links, ad copy, targeting notes, reporting documents, and platform-specific requirements.
• Assist in testing various versions of creative, copy, audiences, placements, landing pages, and formats across paid channels.
• Work closely with content producers to ensure assets are properly formatted, labeled, delivered, and prepared for launch.
• Assist in discovering new paid distribution opportunities, channels, vendors, tools, and platform formats that could facilitate membership growth.
• Engage in reporting and analyzing metrics related to digital advertising performance, including acquisition, conversion, engagement, cost, and revenue trends.
• Help customize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on paid advertising campaigns.
• Support the creation and maintenance of landing pages, tracking links, UTM systems, pixels, tags, and other necessary campaign infrastructure.
• Stay updated on paid social and digital advertising trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices.
• Contribute to team project management tools, production calendars, and campaign planning processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, digital marketing, fundraising, advocacy, campaign operations, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or comparable digital advertising platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly with campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, budgets, and deadlines.
• Capability to analyze campaign performance and articulate clear observations, trends, and recommendations.
• Experience in supporting paid digital campaigns that involve creative testing, audience testing, landing pages, and performance reporting.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, project management tools, digital asset systems, and campaign documentation.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of the current digital advertising landscape and emerging trends in paid media.
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
