This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Take ownership of the complete paid advertising strategy and execution for TikTok Ads (primary focus) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Lead the strategy for TikTok Shop campaigns, which includes managing shoppable ad formats, product feed, and optimizing shop performance.
• Handle substantial advertising budgets with full responsibility for metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue contribution targets.
• Develop and enhance comprehensive paid social strategies encompassing all stages from awareness and acquisition to retargeting and retention.
• Supervise the creative briefing and revision processes in collaboration with creative teams, ensuring that ad formats are optimized according to each platform's algorithm and user behavior.
• Conduct thorough A/B and multivariate testing across various audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages.
• Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, beta features, and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate across functions with e-commerce, brand, and product teams to ensure alignment of paid media activities with business goals.
• Significant hands-on experience in managing and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands — this is a crucial requirement and non-negotiable.
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop, including managing product-linked campaigns, optimizing in-app checkout, and developing affiliate/creator-driven ad strategies.
• Strong management experience with Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram for e-commerce, including Advantage+ and dynamic product ads.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets exceeding six figures while achieving measurable results against ROAS and revenue objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of paid social strategy throughout the entire e-commerce funnel — from initial cold traffic acquisition to warm retargeting and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using platform analytics, attribution tools, and data to make informed optimization decisions.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly present performance data and convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Must have prior remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and ideally have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
