Packet Core CMM Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide technical solutions for Packet Core in line with the established LLD.

• Create and verify instantiation templates and MOPs based on LLD and data fill sheets.

• Onboard, deploy, integrate, and configure PaCo nodes efficiently.

• Carry out and document system and functional ATP test cases and associated artifacts.

• Resolve deployment, integration, and ATP test issues in collaboration with care teams and customer teams, with support from the TPM.

• Log trouble tickets using Internal JIRA and Salesforce.

• Assist in the migration of Packet Core services.

• Facilitate the delivery-to-Care handover processes.

• Conduct feature activation testing.

• Prepare MOPs and documentation for software upgrades.

• Test software upgrades in a lab environment and create golden MOPs.

• Execute software upgrades on PaCo nodes.

• Provide 4eye support and emergency assistance post-upgrade alongside care/4LS teams.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing and KT sessions.

• Document lessons learned in the LL tool.

• Assist the team with internal JIRA processes.

• Offer L2 support for projects as explicitly agreed upon.

• Collaborate with KMCD to develop PaCo node certifications.

• Candidate must reside in Ukraine.

• Valid work permits for Ukraine are required.

• Expertise in Packet Core (PaCo) is essential.

• Proven experience in delivering PaCo technical solutions according to defined LLD.

• Familiarity with creating and validating instantiation templates and MOPs from LLD and data fill sheets.

• Experience in onboarding, deploying, integrating, and configuring PaCo nodes.

• Background in executing and documenting system and functional ATP test cases.

• Skilled in troubleshooting deployment, integration, and ATP test case issues.

• Proficient in opening trouble tickets via Internal JIRA and Salesforce.

• Experience in supporting the migration of Packet Core services.

• Familiarity with feature activation testing.

• Competence in preparing MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades.

• Experience with lab testing of software upgrades and golden MOP preparation.

• Skilled in performing software upgrades on PaCo nodes.

• Experience in providing 4eye and post-upgrade support.

• Experience in conducting knowledge-sharing and KT sessions.

• Proficient in capturing lessons learned in an LL tool.

• Experience in supporting internal JIRA processes.

• L2 support experience where explicitly agreed upon.

• Experience in developing PaCo node certifications in collaboration with KMCD.
