Packet Core CMG Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide technical solutions for Packet Core in accordance with established LLD.

• Create and validate instantiation templates and MOPs derived from LLD and data fill sheets.

• Onboard and deploy PaCo nodes efficiently.

• Integrate and configure PaCo nodes as per the defined LLD.

• Conduct and document System and Functional ATP test cases and artifacts.

• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and ATP testing challenges alongside care teams and customer teams, with TPM assistance.

• Open trouble tickets via Internal JIRA and Salesforce.

• Assist in the migration of Packet Core services.

• Facilitate the delivery-to-Care handover processes.

• Execute feature activation testing.

• Prepare MOPs and relevant artifacts for software upgrades.

• Conduct software upgrade lab testing and create golden MOPs.

• Upgrade PaCo nodes as required.

• Offer 4-eye support.

• Provide post-upgrade and emergency assistance with care/4LS teams.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing and KT sessions.

• Document lessons learned in the LL tool.

• Support team and practice internal JIRA processes.

• Provide L2 support for specifically agreed projects.

• Collaborate with KMCD to develop PaCo node certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• The candidate must reside in Ukraine.

• Relevant work permits are necessary.

• Expertise in Packet Core (PaCo), particularly in CMG.

• Capability to deliver PaCo technical solutions per the defined LLD.

• Experience with instantiation templates, MOP generation/validation, and data fill sheets.

• Proven experience in onboarding, deploying, integrating, and configuring PaCo nodes.

• Familiarity with executing and documenting System and Functional ATP test cases.

• Skills in troubleshooting deployment, integration, and ATP test case issues.

• Experience in assisting with the migration of Packet Core services.

• Knowledge in preparing MOPs and artifacts for software upgrades.

• Proficiency in software upgrade lab testing and golden MOP preparation.

• Experience in upgrading PaCo nodes.

• Ability to deliver knowledge sharing and KT sessions.

• Capability to provide L2 support for explicitly agreed projects.

• Ability to develop PaCo node certifications in collaboration with KMCD.
