Packaging Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversees the growth of both new and existing end user customers, concentrating on the packaging solutions portfolio.

• Facilitates collaboration with the packaging sales team alongside inside sales personnel.

• Sets sales targets and employs resources and strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders at various levels throughout the purchasing process.

• Contributes to the formulation of both short-term and long-term growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid Driver’s license.

• A Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience managing a designated territory independently.

• Experience in the packaging industry with a focus on distribution.

• At least five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities.
