This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact and support for landowners and interest owners.
β’ Oversee landowner inquiries from initial intake to resolution.
β’ Conduct research and gather information, communicate updates and next steps, and collaborate across the organization to resolve owner-related questions and requests.
β’ Deliver professional, timely, and responsive service through various communication channels.
β’ Manage complex or sensitive interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
β’ Foster positive working relationships with landowners and internal business partners.
β’ Collect, review, and document information to research, route, and address inquiries.
β’ Ensure accuracy in case records, documentation, and communication history.
β’ Organize and prioritize workload to meet expectations for service, productivity, quality, and responsiveness.
β’ Investigate inquiries using business systems, records, data, and resources.
β’ Analyze information to identify issues, determine next steps, and aid in resolution.
β’ Coordinate efforts with cross-functional business partners.
β’ Adhere to procedures, quality standards, and privacy/data-handling requirements.
β’ Identify and report recurring issues, trends, or process concerns to leadership.
β’ Engage in training and adjust to changes in processes, systems, and technology.
β’ Collaborate with team members and business partners to achieve departmental objectives.
β’ Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High school diploma or GED required.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to manage challenging or sensitive situations with professionalism.
β’ Strong organizational, research, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
β’ Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability to exercise sound judgment and recognize when escalation or additional expertise is necessary.
β’ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
β’ Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes, systems, and technology.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and navigate digital business systems.
β’ Preferred: relevant experience in customer service, case management, business operations, Owner Relations, Land, Revenue, Division Order, or a related field.
β’ Preferred: experience in a high-volume customer service or case-management setting.
β’ Preferred: experience with CRM/case-management systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
β’ Preferred: oil & gas industry experience.
β’ Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
