Owner, Partner Relations Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist the Client Relations Team in identifying potential leads and negotiating with property owners.

• Verify the availability and pricing of appropriate options for current client inquiries by communicating with owners and partners through text, email, or phone calls.

• Create client proposals utilizing the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper task prioritization.

• Aid the supervising director in managing guest contracts, financial aspects, post-booking processes, and owner booking contracts.

• Collaborate with the Home Experience Team during property showings and inspections throughout the negotiation and/or closing phases, ensuring all mutual expectations are fulfilled.

• Foster strong relationships with property owners, keeping them engaged and informed about company developments.

• Support the manager overseeing special projects.

• Oversee the preparation of financial data in the CRM and send closing reports to the Owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, business development, real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with high-end luxury or high-net-worth owners is preferred but not essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, and other organizational tools.

• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve work objectives.

• Maintains high performance standards, taking responsibility and accountability for outcomes.
