OutSystems Developer, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority for the development and architecture of solutions on the OutSystems platform, guiding technical decisions, assisting the development team, establishing architecture standards and best practices, and ensuring application quality, scalability, security, and governance.

• Engage in solution design, facilitate the technological advancement of projects, and ensure that deliveries meet business requirements.

• Offer technical leadership for application development on the OutSystems platform.

• Establish architecture, development standards, and best practices for various projects.

• Act as a technical mentor for the development team.

• Create, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications utilizing OutSystems 11.

• Design solutions that are scalable, resilient, and highly available.

• Implement both synchronous and asynchronous integrations with enterprise systems.

• Support CI/CD processes, manage versioning, and handle dependency management.

• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews and adherence to best practices.

• Monitor applications, analyze logs, and conduct troubleshooting as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams utilizing agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Contribute to technical specifications and assist in strategic architecture decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in software development.

• Experience with OutSystems (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in complex and mission-critical projects.

• Background in technical leadership or mentoring teams.

• Proficiency in OutSystems 11 (Reactive Web and/or Mobile).

• Advanced knowledge of Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime.

• Familiarity with authentication (SSO, OAuth) and role-based access control.

• Understanding of architectures for scalable and resilient applications.

• Experience with microservices and asynchronous integrations (queues and events).

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or comparable tools).

• Knowledge of dependency management and version control.

• Experience with monitoring, Service Center, log analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
