OutSystems Developer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance applications utilizing the OutSystems platform.

• Engage in defining and executing technical solutions.

• Create Web and Mobile applications.

• Execute integrations with both internal and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.

• Address defects, implement enhancements, and deliver ongoing application support.

• Ensure the quality, security, and performance of code solutions.

• Take part in technical reviews and advocate for best development practices.

• Assist junior developers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in systems development.

• 1 to 3 years of experience working with the OutSystems platform (version 11 or above).

• Experience in enterprise-level Web and/or Mobile projects.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Skills in performance optimization (queries, timers, and architecture).

• Proficiency in exception handling and log monitoring.

• Experience with code versioning (Git or platform-specific tools).

• Knowledge of implementing security best practices (roles, authentication, and authorization).

• Understanding of OutSystems application architecture (4 Layer Canvas or equivalent).

• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification (preferred).

• OutSystems Professional Developer certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (preferred).

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Understanding of UX/UI principles (preferred).

• Experience in integrating with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms (preferred).
