This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Develop and uphold an Outsourcing Policy that aligns with MiCA Guidelines regarding outsourcing practices.
• Keep a detailed and current Register of Outsourcing Arrangements, ready for regular audits and submissions to the Regulator.
• Perform comprehensive pre-outsourcing risk assessments to identify whether a function is deemed "critical or important," and analyze its potential impact on operational resilience.
• Oversee the due diligence process for new vendors (IT, Cloud, KYC, Custody, etc.), evaluating their financial soundness, security measures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work in conjunction with the Legal and Compliance Team to ensure that all outsourcing contracts incorporate necessary regulatory clauses (e.g., audit rights, data protection/GDPR, exit strategies, and sub-outsourcing controls).
• Create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track vendor performance and maintain consistent service quality.
• Formulate and periodically test effective exit strategies for critical outsourcing arrangements to safeguard business continuity in case of service disruption or termination.
• Oversee "Intra-group" outsourcing between BingX EU and other BingX global entities, ensuring all shared services are documented and managed at arm's length.
• Organize and facilitate "right to audit" inspections of third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to security and operational standards.
• Over 10 years of experience in Outsourcing Management, Vendor Management, or Operational Risk within a regulated financial institution (Fintech, Banking, or Crypto).
• Native or professional fluency in English (essential for compliance with local labor laws and authorities) and high proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Extensive understanding of MiCA, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, and GDPR.
• Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is a considerable advantage.
• Strong capability to conduct complex risk assessments and translate regulatory requirements into operational procedures.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes negotiations and fostering relationships with both internal business units and external vendors.
• A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
