Outside Sales Representative – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive outreach to identify and acquire new clients through field visits and phone calls.

• Meet with clients to showcase the company’s offerings, services, and unique advantages.

• Facilitate face-to-face meetings to evaluate client requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.

• Develop and deliver commercial proposals while leading negotiation processes.

• Execute timely follow-ups until deals are successfully closed.

• Participate in events, trade shows, relationship-building activities, and external commercial projects.

• Maintain updated records in the CRM regarding visits, negotiations, and various stages of the sales pipeline.

• Oversee the client portfolio to ensure a positive experience following the sale.

• Cultivate strategic local partnerships to enhance client acquisition efforts.

• Provide regular reports on results, weekly objectives, and market insights to the commercial team.
