Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Assist in the creation and execution of strategic sales plans.

• Seek out new sales prospects—both in-person and remotely using contemporary online presentation tools.

• Provide weekly sales reporting.

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs.

• Remain informed about client requirements, competitive landscape, and industry developments.

• Support the development and management of relationships with clients and agencies.

• Oversee projections to ensure timely completion.

• Responsible for aiding in sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives.

• Execute sales calls, including cold calls, outreach to existing clients, and follow-up communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in steel sales across various sectors: Tool and Die, Mold, Special Machines, Automation, Press Manufacturing, and Mining.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and effective follow-up capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• An associate degree combined with experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, a technical degree is a plus, along with relevant industry experience or equivalent background.

• The ideal candidate should exhibit confidence in a sales-oriented environment.

• Experience supplying Heavy Equipment OEMs.

• Understanding of steel processing is essential.
