Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

đź“‹ Description

• Manage the customer portfolio effectively;

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities;

• Support distributors by partnering with the sales team in customer service, point-of-sale (POS) execution, and training;

• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, serving as a business partner;

• Adhere to scheduled visit routes to ensure regular purchase frequency (weekly/biweekly/monthly);

• Guarantee excellence in POS execution, including product display, pricing, prevention of out-of-stock situations, expiration management, and merchandising;

• Analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, promotional techniques, and visibility;

• Collaborate with management using KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, distribution/activation, and margin);

• Interface with administrative departments (logistics, trade, marketing, and finance);

• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose action plans based on data analysis;

• Prepare and evaluate expense reports, incident reports, and updated sales reports;

• Adhere to JBS safety and quality standards;

• Operational areas include CE (Ceará), PI (Piauí), and MA (Maranhão);


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;

• Valid driver's license (CNH) and personal vehicle;

• Willingness to travel;

• Experience in retail customer service (experience with distributor channels is advantageous);

• Proficiency in Intermediate/Advanced Excel;

• Must reside in Fortaleza or the surrounding metropolitan area;
