This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for crafting and implementing market strategies to achieve and maintain the desired market standing with designated territory accounts.
• Drive overall revenue growth for OEM New Sales Equipment, Used Equipment Sales, and Dealer Aftermarket products.
• Enhance visibility and market share for both unit and aftermarket sales among existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and deliver optimal material handling solutions for both new and existing clients.
• Formulate strategic plans and collaborate with local management to secure the market position of assigned accounts, aiming to boost sales volume and gross profit year over year.
• Engage with current and prospective accounts within your designated territory, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and ensure comprehensive sales support and exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the retail network and addressing pre- and post-sales concerns.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing management to analyze and devise sales and marketing strategies that support selling to all customers in the assigned territory.
• College degree is preferred; or a combination of relevant work experience and a high school diploma.
• 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience as a sales professional is preferred; outside sales experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• 20-30% travel is required.
• Must be certified or willing to obtain certification for the safe operation of a lift truck.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
