This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Drives the performance of territory P&L through strategic oversight of customer volume, sales, and profitability metrics.

• Implements systematic in-person engagement with accounts.

• Develops comprehensive relationships throughout customer organizations.

• Builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders across various customer departments.

• Collaborates effectively with the designated S&S Account Manager.

• Oversees new product launches, internal initiatives, and strategic sales planning.

• Facilitates collaboration across different functions.

• Ensures meticulous administrative management.

• Represents S&S Activewear at industry trade exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales.

• Experience in the promotional products and apparel industry is highly regarded.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Outstanding multitasking abilities.

• Self-driven professional.

• Demonstrated capability to implement complex initiatives independently.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in consultative sales techniques.

• Strong merchandising knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and associated business applications.
