• Responsible for the overall P&L management for all accounts within the territory, as well as individual customer accounts to oversee volume, sales, and profitability.
• Engages with all assigned accounts through in-person visits at a minimum agreed frequency.
• Skilled in call planning and preparation, conducting analyses, delivering presentations, and following up after meetings.
• Cultivates relationships with all stakeholders, including ownership, sales, customer service, and merchandising representatives at each account.
• Comprehends the needs and purchasing behaviors of both customers and end-users.
• Holds one-on-one meetings with customer sales representatives to identify opportunities.
• Accountable for developing proactive and innovative solution sets.
• Participates in end-user meetings.
• Establishes relationships with all relevant stakeholders within their accounts, including finance, marketing, operations, and production.
• Collaborates with the assigned S&S Account Manager to fulfill customer needs and jointly enhance sales opportunities and interaction frequency.
• Understands the customer’s go-to-market strategy, including customer programs and methods for merchandising, renewing, refreshing, and fulfilling.
• Tasked with presenting new product launches, internal initiatives, and overall sales strategies.
• Effectively applies merchandising skills to upsell and highlight S&S Activewear’s competitive advantages in products and services.
• Works with and utilizes internal resources to identify, develop, and secure opportunities (including trade marketing, decoration, EDI, pricing, credit, and custom websites).
• Operates cross-functionally and understands how to achieve objectives within the organization.
• Fosters relationships across the organization to enhance communication and goal achievement.
• Manages administrative duties, including weekly reporting, calendar management, sales funnel oversight, program registration and renewal, DNR management, CRM reporting, and program proposal tracking.
• Adheres to all due dates.
• Oversees and upkeeps S&S Activewear's presence within accounts, which includes showroom management and collateral organization.
• Attends trade shows, industry gatherings, and customer events as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of in-person sales experience; experience in the promotional goods or apparel industry is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must effectively manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
• Proven capability to execute special assignments and tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.
