This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drives the profitability and performance of the territory by strategically managing customer volume, sales, and profitability metrics.

• Implements systematic in-person account engagement, showcasing excellence in call planning, analysis, presentation delivery, and follow-up.

• Develops comprehensive relationships throughout customer organizations, from ownership to sales, service, and merchandising teams, while conducting strategic one-on-one meetings to identify growth opportunities.

• Builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders across customer departments, including finance, marketing, operations, and production.

• Works collaboratively with the assigned S&S Account Manager to enhance customer service, sales opportunities, and engagement frequency.

• Masters customers' go-to-market strategies, encompassing program management, merchandising schedules, and renewal processes.

• Leads new product launches, internal initiatives, and strategic sales planning with authority and vision.

• Utilizes advanced merchandising expertise to emphasize S&S Activewear's competitive advantages and promote strategic upsell opportunities.

• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, leveraging internal resources such as trade marketing, decoration services, EDI, pricing, and custom solutions to maximize sales potential.

• Maintains exceptional administrative management through accurate reporting, calendar organization, sales funnel tracking, and program administration.

• Ensures a premium S&S Activewear brand presence through professional showroom and collateral management.

• Represents S&S Activewear at industry trade shows, events, and customer functions to strengthen market position and relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, with a strong emphasis on promotional products and apparel industry experience.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written interactions.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities coupled with strong prioritization skills and time management expertise.

• Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of executing complex initiatives independently.

• Displays meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• Results-oriented performer with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.

• Exhibits a dynamic, high-energy demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for the role.

• Advanced problem-solving skills with innovative solution development capabilities.

• Expertise in consultative sales methodologies, including SPIN selling techniques.

• Strong merchandising skills with a proven ability to enhance product presentations.

• Polished presentation abilities, effectively engaging diverse audiences.

• Technical proficiency in demonstrating digital tools and web-based solutions.

• Sharp analytical mindset with solid financial acumen for strategic decision-making.

• Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.
