This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee a specified territory and customer accounts.
• Set and manage sales objectives, targets, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular visits to clients within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and boost sales.
• Work with technical teams to define and implement industrial equipment solutions.
• Offer product training, technical assistance, and continuous support.
• Foster and improve relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify potential business opportunities and secure new accounts.
• Address customer issues in collaboration with office staff and factory personnel.
• Provide updates on sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and progress towards sales objectives.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in an engineering or technical role within an industrial environment, ideally with valves, flow control products, or similar sectors.
• Equivalent sales experience is acceptable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A high school diploma paired with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, establish personal objectives, and take initiative.
• Capacity to comprehend and articulate the application of industrial equipment in customer processes.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Personal vehicle must be available for sales and service appointments.
• Background screening will include a credit check, Motor Vehicle Report, and Non-DOT Physical.
• Must comply with Bray’s Drivers Policy, maintain sufficient auto liability insurance, and adhere to company safety standards.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to coordinate travel arrangements are essential.
• Successful completion of background checks and adherence to federal regulations, including drug testing for controlled substances, is mandatory.
