📋 Description

• Oversee the NoGigiddy referral program from start to finish, including tracking, payouts, and communication.

• Identify and engage with key users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can enhance NoGigiddy's visibility.

• Reach out to potential referral partners, such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group moderators.

• Track and analyze referral performance metrics to refine program mechanics for increased participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams on referral campaign initiatives.

• Address referral-related user inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, signups, and program ROI.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage a program with several moving components.

• Comfortable with data—capable of tracking performance using spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
