Outreach Manager – Substance Use Disorder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead referral growth initiatives in Pennsylvania, collaborating closely with Territory Managers.

• Oversee a personal portfolio of strategic accounts, conduct joint sales meetings, and facilitate key account discussions.

• Take ownership of Pennsylvania's referral metrics and provide detailed reports on findings.

• Establish a regular operational schedule for the team utilizing CRM tools.

• Analyze field trends to uncover potential opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in business development or outreach within the behavioral health, addiction treatment, post-acute, or healthcare services sectors.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

• Established referral relationships within Pennsylvania's behavioral health community or the ability to quickly develop such connections.

• Experience in managing or formally mentoring field outreach or sales personnel.

• Strong understanding of the various regions in Pennsylvania and their referral mechanisms.

• Committed to maintaining CRM and pipeline cleanliness.

• Comfortable with managing a mix of remote work and in-person field days.

• Skilled at delivering effective presentations in diverse settings.
