Outreach & Email Marketing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify organizations that align with the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Determine key decision-makers within those organizations, such as: CEOs, Business Owners, Presidents, HR Directors, HR Vice Presidents, and Learning & Development Directors.

• Create and manage targeted prospect lists based on factors like industry, company size, and geographic area.

• Implement outbound email campaigns utilizing the client's approved messaging and templates.

• Customize emails with AI-assisted prompts and relevant prospect information.

• Oversee outreach campaigns aimed at generating qualified discovery meetings.

• Arrange discovery calls directly within the client's Calendly calendar.

• Design and launch email campaigns using Mailchimp or a similar platform as needed.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping within HubSpot CRM.

• Prior experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales support.

• Proven track record in executing email marketing campaigns.

• Proficient internet research and data enrichment abilities.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
