This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Coaching & Training Sessions - Facilitate workshops led by coaches, offering specialized training on outreach methods.

• Individual Coaching Calls - Conduct personalized sessions to enhance members’ cold email strategies.

• Community Support & Engagement - Engage actively within community channels, addressing inquiries and providing expert outreach guidance.

• Outreach Strategy Development - Instruct members on creating high-converting emails, scaling personalization, and optimizing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, etc.).

• Funnel Building Guidance - Assist members in developing scalable outreach funnels and identifying ideal clients.

• Campaign Analysis Support - Aid in analyzing outreach campaigns for troubleshooting and enhancements.

• Action Encouragement - Motivate members to take action and offer strategic insights to help them secure clients.

• Collaboration & Program Development - Partner with Success Managers and the leadership team to ensure coaching aligns with member requirements.

• Resource & Workshop Feedback - Provide insights to enhance outreach resources and workshops, improving overall program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Cold Email Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in executing professional cold email campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and yield measurable outcomes.

• Advanced Outreach Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of email copywriting, deliverability, best practices (SPF, DKIM, spam avoidance), personalization methods, and list building strategies.

• Coaching & Mentoring Background: Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training individuals in outreach or cold emailing—preferably in a business or entrepreneurial context.

• Effective Teaching Skills: Capability to simplify complex outreach strategies into clear, actionable steps for workshops and coaching sessions.

• Technical Competence: Familiarity with cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Glockapps).

• Results-Oriented Attitude: Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively guide members.

• Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM) and ethical outreach practices to ensure compliant and high-performing campaigns.

• Enthusiasm for Business Growth: A deep passion for assisting entrepreneurs in scaling their ventures through strategic outreach.
