Outpatient RN Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Support Valley View outpatients and their families in the comprehensive management of their care plans throughout the entire continuum.

• Manage prior authorizations effectively.

• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

• Serve as a temporary remote outpatient RN Case Manager from mid-September to mid-December.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or state board of nursing recognized Registered/Professional Nursing program.

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in RN Case Management is mandatory.

• Preference will be given to applicants who will be working from home in Colorado.
