This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and situations of each patient.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling, treatment, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and counsel family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.
• Possession of a full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (license based on office location). Candidates without a valid, active license will not be considered. Currently, we are not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification for the duration of employment with this agency.
• Ability to function effectively as a team member and collaborate with others.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in establishing and sustaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have proven experience in efficiently using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• W-2 role with medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first of the month following employment.
