This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts emphasizing retention, renewal, and incremental growth; act as the main day-to-day liaison for client stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with practice leadership and administrative decision-makers; perform regular account assessments and maintain ongoing engagement throughout the contract duration.
• Create and implement account strategies aimed at enhancing client health, optimizing products, and facilitating expansion; assist in the preparation and delivery of QBRs in collaboration with senior VOEs.
• Identify whitespace and growth opportunities within the account portfolio; advance the pipeline with support from sales leadership and additional resources.
• Track account health metrics and coordinate cross-departmental responses (Support, Consulting, A/R) to proactively manage at-risk scenarios.
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM documentation, including opportunity details, account activities, and forecasting inputs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of EHR workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare market dynamics to engage effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Advocate for the client internally — gather feedback, identify escalation risks early, and collaborate with product and service teams to resolve client concerns.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare IT with a diverse background in sales, consulting, or client success.
• Proven history of establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of EHR systems, ambulatory or payer workflows, and healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and grow a complex enterprise account portfolio while consistently meeting quotas.
• Strong business acumen — adept at analyzing client financial data, developing account plans, and aligning Veradigm solutions with measurable client outcomes.
• High emotional intelligence; proficient at foreseeing challenges, navigating organizational complexities, and sustaining long-term trust.
• Fluency in healthcare regulations and operations — comprehends the clinical and business context influencing client decisions, beyond just the technology.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
