• Overseeing outbound communications – Engaging with consumers on behalf of our clients by delivering information regarding campaigns and marketing initiatives through phone, email, or SMS while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Appointment coordination – Organizing consumer appointments to align with both client requirements and organizational needs.
• Customer satisfaction – Assessing customer satisfaction and building rapport with consumers while maintaining exceptional customer experience and professionalism.
• Data management – Diligently reviewing and inputting all customer appointments, inquiries, and/or concerns into a system.
• Performance – Aiming for over 120 outbound calls daily while demonstrating strong verbal communication abilities.
• Additional tasks – Carrying out other responsibilities as assigned or required by the leadership team.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service/sales is required.
• Prior experience in a call center environment.
• Completion of post-secondary education.
• Proficient computer literacy skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be a self-motivated individual with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Background in automotive services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with CRM databases is advantageous.
• Self-driven, personable, and adaptable to change.
