This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Overseeing outbound communications β Engaging with consumers on behalf of our clients by delivering information regarding campaigns and marketing initiatives through phone, email, or SMS while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
β’ Appointment coordination β Organizing consumer appointments to align with both client requirements and organizational needs.
β’ Customer satisfaction β Assessing customer satisfaction and building rapport with consumers while maintaining exceptional customer experience and professionalism.
β’ Data management β Diligently reviewing and inputting all customer appointments, inquiries, and/or concerns into a system.
β’ Performance β Aiming for over 120 outbound calls daily while demonstrating strong verbal communication abilities.
β’ Additional tasks β Carrying out other responsibilities as assigned or required by the leadership team.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in customer service/sales is required.
β’ Prior experience in a call center environment.
β’ Completion of post-secondary education.
β’ Proficient computer literacy skills.
β’ Excellent organizational skills.
β’ Must be a self-motivated individual with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
β’ Background in automotive services is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Experience with CRM databases is advantageous.
β’ Self-driven, personable, and adaptable to change.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
