Outbound Team Lead – Founding Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish and grow Brightvision's presence in your target market - Portugal

• Generate leads, engage potential clients, and develop a robust pipeline through cold calling and outbound efforts

• Manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to signed agreement

• Collaborate closely with Brightvision leadership on market entry strategies and positioning

• Represent Brightvision in discussions with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients

• Create and enhance outbound playbooks that will evolve as the team expands

• Recruit and lead a team of SDRs once market traction is achieved

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and disseminate insights across the broader team

• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound B2B sales

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic; you excel without direct supervision

• A closer — you guide deals from initial contact to completion

• Comfortable engaging in discussions with C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers

• Professional and polished in customer interactions and presentations

• Resilient in the face of rejection; you maintain momentum after a setback

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker
