Outbound Team Lead – Founding Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish and develop Brightvision's presence in your targeted region - the Baltics

• Identify prospects, initiate contact, and cultivate a robust pipeline through cold calling and outbound activities

• Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to signed agreement

• Collaborate closely with Brightvision leadership on market entry strategies and positioning

• Represent Brightvision in discussions with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients

• Create and enhance outbound playbooks that will evolve as the team expands

• Recruit and lead a team of SDRs once the market shows growth

• Contribute to strategic projects and share insights across the broader team

• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound B2B sales

• Highly energetic, resilient, and competitive — you proactively generate leads

• Self-driven and disciplined; you excel without supervision

• A skilled closer — you navigate deals from initial contact to contract signing

• Very comfortable engaging with C-suite and enterprise decision-makers

• Professional and polished in customer interactions and presentations

• Strong team collaborator who uplifts others and celebrates collective achievements

• Solution-focused — you seek solutions rather than excuses

• Resilient in the face of rejection; you maintain momentum despite setbacks

• Motivated by growth, accountability, and the opportunity to make a significant impact

• Native or fluent in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian

• Highly proficient in English, which is our business language
