
Outbound Survey Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
β’ Initiate outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics throughout the U.S.
β’ Conduct short surveys concentrating on after-hours and emergency response procedures
β’ Pose around 3 standardized questions during each call
β’ Precisely document responses in real-time during each call using designated systems
β’ Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with healthcare personnel
β’ Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to guarantee consistency and compliance
β’ Manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality standards are met
β’ Safeguard confidential information and comply with company policies
β’ Report any issues or escalations to supervisors as necessary
β’ Fulfill performance and attendance requirements in a remote work setting
β’ At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience is mandatory
β’ Technically proficient, capable of navigating multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Self-driven, reliable, and able to work autonomously
β’ Must be 18 years or older
β’ Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with state and federal regulations
β’ Previous experience in remote work is preferred
β’ Equipment provided by the company for full-time, permanent employees
β’ A secure, high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace are required
β’ Childcare is required for children aged 4 years and younger
