Outbound Survey Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics throughout the U.S.

• Conduct short surveys concentrating on after-hours and emergency response procedures

• Pose around 3 standardized questions during each call

• Precisely document responses in real-time during each call using designated systems

• Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with healthcare personnel

• Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to guarantee consistency and compliance

• Manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality standards are met

• Safeguard confidential information and comply with company policies

• Report any issues or escalations to supervisors as necessary

• Fulfill performance and attendance requirements in a remote work setting

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience is mandatory

• Technically proficient, capable of navigating multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work autonomously

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Previous experience in remote work is preferred
