
Outbound Sales Representative, Cold Calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to local businesses in the U.S. on a daily basis
• Identify and engage with decision-makers through cold outreach methods, including calls and LinkedIn/social media direct messages
• Effectively communicate a digital/AI product offering to generate interest
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the team
• Consistently follow up through various channels, including calls, email, and social media
• Maintain the CRM with updates on all activities and progress in the sales pipeline
• Strive to meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, ideally with exposure to both
• Demonstrated experience in cold outreach, including calls and messages
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily (50+ calls/day)
• Background in selling intangible or complex products, such as SaaS, AI, or marketing services
• Strong proficiency in spoken English, with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Familiarity with using social media platforms as a sales channel (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Disciplined approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM utilization
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on consistency and accountability
• Remote work opportunity (open to candidates worldwide)
• Part-time position with potential for scaling based on performance
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours will be necessary
