This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify appropriate target customers (medical practices, MVZs, hospitals) and proactively inform them about our solution through email, LinkedIn, or phone.
• You will conduct initial discussions with potential customers to generate genuine interest in our product.
• You will analyze market feedback and assist in continually refining our outreach strategies.
• You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, actively contributing your ideas.
• You will support the development of scalable sales processes and enjoy thinking creatively.
• You will have a direct impact on revenue growth and the expansion of our market presence.
• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative, think proactively, and aim to shape processes rather than merely manage them.
• Sales instinct & customer focus: You possess a strong ability to guide conversations, quickly identify genuine needs, and advance customers through thoughtful questioning—without resorting to hard selling.
