
Outbound Sales Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Overseeing outbound campaigns for 6-10 client accounts concurrently.
• Taking ownership of the delivery process: onboarding, development of messaging, list creation, execution of campaigns, reporting, and ongoing management.
• Conducting bi-monthly client reviews; showcasing campaign metrics, suggesting adjustments to messaging and ideal customer profiles, and managing client expectations.
• Daily monitoring of campaign conversion metrics across all accounts utilizing internal tracking tools.
• Mentoring and supervising SDRs: Analyzing call recordings to identify trends; ensuring adherence to scripts, effective objection handling, and quality of discovery.
• Providing targeted coaching interventions (not generic feedback, but specific, observable changes supported by call evidence).
• Leading weekly team meetings and ensuring accountability for activity volume and quality.
• Managing the messaging and data pipeline: Creating and refining messaging frameworks, cold call scripts, and objection handling documents for each client.
• Overseeing list creation, data validation, and maintaining Salesforce list hygiene.
• Making informed decisions on when to modify messaging, adjust ideal customer profile targeting, or refresh data based on actual conversion metrics.
• Reporting and managing client relationships: Preparing and delivering campaign reviews with data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Identifying at-risk accounts early and proposing solutions.
• Handling contract renewals, scope adjustments, and discussions regarding rate increases.
• Proven experience in managing B2B outbound sales campaigns.
• Experience in coaching or supervising SDRs, BDRs, or inside sales representatives.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), dialers, and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills; able to interpret connect rates, conversion rates, and outbound metrics and know how to respond.
• Highly organized to effectively manage multiple client accounts without oversight; systems-oriented.
• Excellent communicator; capable of presenting to clients, coaching representatives, and identifying internal issues.
