This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct a significant volume of outbound sales calls to engage with customers and assess their needs or concerns.
• Provide clarifications, recommendations, and solutions to customers through telephone communication.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's image and public perception.
• Aim to elevate customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Make outbound calls to promote new products and services to customers.
• Document call notes and reports as necessary, ensuring updates are made in the database.
• Collect and analyze all pertinent data to effectively address complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing products and services.
• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.
• 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center settings.
• Demonstrated cold-calling experience with robust objection-handling skills.
• Strong phone presence coupled with excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Customer-oriented mindset with the capability to modify communication styles based on different personality types.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and navigate stressful situations adeptly.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, growth-oriented, and dedicated to long-term career advancement.
• Experience in closing high-ticket offers such as coaching, medical, wellness, or consulting services is preferred.
• Ability to sell across various price points and product categories.
• Consultative, ethical, and client-first sales approach.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Familiarity with medical, health, wellness, info-products, or food supplements is a plus.
• Technical and workspace requirements include a laptop or desktop computer capable of efficiently managing daily work tasks.
