This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Accurately and promptly process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received via Zurich’s phone and non-phone reporting channels.
• Address complex claims inquiries and issues, determining when to escalate intricate queries to others to ensure effective service and clear guidance for both colleagues and customers.
• Collaborate with both internal and external clients to share information, clarify details, and efficiently resolve queries and/or issues.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to the team to enhance the quality of customer service.
• Adhere to established procedures to comply with the company’s risk management and compliance policies.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in data entry.
• A designated workspace that is free from noise and other distractions.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
• Preferred: 6 months of call center experience.
• Strong data entry skills with a typing speed of 32 WPM or more.
• Proven proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple computer screens and browsers.
• Strong comprehension abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Knowledge of insurance.
