Call Center – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with property owners who are looking to sell or lease their properties.

• Acquire new property listings through methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and continuous market research.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with landlords and property owners.

• Collect precise and comprehensive property information, including location, price, property type, square footage, features, and availability status.

• Assess properties and provide owners with accurate market insights to help determine optimal pricing.

• Create and publish professional, compelling property advertisements on prominent real estate platforms and our company’s websites.

• Ensure that all property data, descriptions, photos, and key selling points are precise and updated regularly.

• Collaborate with photography, marketing, and sales teams to effectively promote properties.

• Maintain regular and ongoing communication with property owners regarding updates on availability and pricing.

• Accurately update and manage property and owner information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Monitor the performance of published advertisements and provide recommendations to enhance lead generation.

• Supply the sales team with ready, qualified, and up-to-date property listings to facilitate transactions.

• Achieve daily and weekly goals related to call volume, new property listings acquired, and meetings arranged with owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in the real estate sector.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market (Experience in the UAE market is a significant advantage).

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-building abilities.

• Full proficiency in Arabic (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a strong asset.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage and track multiple listings concurrently.
