Call Center Representative – Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from members seeking emergency roadside assistance, which includes services like towing, locksmith, fuel delivery, battery replacement, and minor mechanical repairs.

• Assess the nature of the member's distress, ensuring their immediate safety while accurately documenting the details in a timely manner.

• Maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor, particularly during high-pressure calls.

• Communicate essential information to both internal and external teams to facilitate a swift dispatching process.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the seamless operation of our Emergency Roadside Service.

• Excel in a structured environment where performance objectives are established and evaluated, enhancing member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.

• Capability to deliver outstanding customer service and excel in a high-volume call setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist individuals in distress.

• Advanced computer skills and multitasking ability, with the capacity to talk and type simultaneously while navigating various systems and screens.

• Thorough understanding of maps, GPS technology, and traffic safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

• High School diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
