This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for crafting exceptional travel experiences tailored for high-net-worth individuals.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from customers, assess their requirements, and provide travel suggestions.
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and successfully close sales.
• Offer tailored recommendations based on the preferences and interests of guests.
• Foster enduring relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard features, and pricing information.
• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with prospective clients.
• Proven experience in a telephone sales position or a comparable sales role.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing monetary sales KPI metrics.
• Extensive experience in conducting sales over the phone.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to establish and nurture relationships with high-end clientele.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-discipline to operate within a structured environment adhering to schedule standards.
• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to close deals on the first call.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Highly competitive compensation plan structure.
• Average earning potential of $90,000 annually (hourly base plus commission).
• Historic annual average commission of $53,000 (based on overall department performance).
