This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct outbound calls to executives based in the U.S. (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders)
• Facilitate concise and value-oriented discovery conversations
• Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, authority, timing, and strategic alignment
• Arrange meetings for the sales leadership team
• Guarantee a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team
• Effectively manage objections and advance discussions
• Record comprehensive notes, insights, and follow-up actions in the CRM
• Keep organized documentation of all interactions
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance talk tracks and objection handling
• Align outreach initiatives with marketing campaigns
• 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, with a focus on the U.S. market
• Proven track record in selling complex services (consulting, marketing, creative, or agency services)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English is an advantage)
• Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, MEDDICC)
• Capability to conduct insight-driven discovery and executive-level discussions
• Proficient in using CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Resilient and open to coaching in a phone-centric sales environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Final compensation is determined based on the assessment of experience and location.
