This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound strategy that includes sequence design, messaging, targeting, and cadence across all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives (such as new logo acquisition, cross-selling, competitive displacement, etc.).
• Foster sales adoption and trust by establishing direct relationships with SDR and RSM/AE leadership to ensure sequences are effectively utilized, regularly updated, and appropriate for the intended audiences; incorporate sales feedback as a key input in the design process.
• Take ownership of tooling by managing the Outreach platform and associated contractor resources, ensuring that sequences are technically robust, targeted at the right audiences, and easy for representatives to execute.
• Create a structured sales and marketing alignment process by establishing a formal intake and feedback loop that allows sequences to be co-developed with the sales team prior to launch, rather than being handed off afterward.
• Monitor performance and make iterations by tracking sequence metrics (open, reply, engagement, meeting-booked rates) and continuously refining strategies based on what is effective in the field.
• Collaborate cross-functionally by working closely with Product Marketing Managers on messaging accuracy and with Demand Generation Managers on campaign timing to ensure outbound efforts support, rather than duplicate, broader demand programs and sales execution and measurement.
• Develop comprehensive and practical playbooks tailored to specific roles and motions, replacing the current incomplete frameworks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in outbound or sales development marketing, with hands-on experience managing tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Managed Service Provider (MSP)/channel environments is a significant advantage.
• A proven track record of successfully engaging sales teams to adopt and implement marketing-created sequences.
• Strong relationship-building skills with sales leadership; comfortable interacting with SDR managers and Account Executives on a regular basis.
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues in sales-marketing handoffs, rather than solely focusing on creating new programs.
• Excellent messaging instincts.
• Data-driven mindset: adept at analyzing sequence performance and justifying decisions on what to discontinue, maintain, or modify.
• ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce and ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
