Outbound Lead Generator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Outbound Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to a selected list of private schools to establish initial contact.

• Decision-Maker Engagement: Effectively navigate through gatekeepers to engage directly with key decision-makers (such as Principals, Headmasters, or Bursars).

• Service Introduction: Confidently present the service, articulate a succinct value proposition, and spark genuine interest.

• Prospect Nurturing: Follow up with previously contacted prospects who have requested additional time or information.

• Pipeline Guidance: Address fundamental questions and smoothly direct interested decision-makers to the company website for purchase completion.

• Data Logging & Feedback: Maintain clear, concise notes on call outcomes and regularly provide feedback to management regarding prospect responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Cold Calling, Telesales, or Outbound Lead Generation.

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities coupled with a professional, confident, and friendly telephone demeanor.

• Familiarity or high comfort in navigating gatekeepers and engaging with senior decision-makers (experience within the education sector is a plus but not mandatory).

• Highly self-disciplined and capable of working independently.

• Proficient in maintaining organized, clear, and simple tracking notes.

• Required Software Skills: Competency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (basic tracking using Excel or Google Sheets).

• Email Management: Proficient in Gmail or Outlook for simple follow-ups.

• Comfortable utilizing the Dial Master calling application and the Runo Call CRM system.
