This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Create and implement lead generation strategies aimed at fostering consistent pipeline growth in key markets and sectors.
• Identify, engage, and target high-value prospects through outbound methods such as LinkedIn, email, and potentially through outbound calls and events.
• Assess leads to ensure they closely match target client profiles prior to transitioning them to the Sales team.
• Establish and oversee referral and partner networks to create scalable and repeatable deal flow.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships to synchronize on targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness, messaging, and the quality of inbound leads.
• Offer insights on market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to refine targeting and positioning.
• Monitor and manage all lead activities within the CRM, ensuring accurate data and reporting on pipeline performance.
• Regularly test and optimize outreach strategies, channels, and methodologies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales within fintech, FX, payments, or the financial services sector.
• Proven success in building and expanding lead pipelines.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and intricate client onboarding processes.
• Strong English communication skills - a B2 level or higher is essential.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and written communication skills.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
• Experience with CRM systems is required.
• Familiarity with lead enrichment platforms and LinkedIn/email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Zoominfo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) is advantageous.
• Nice to Have: Experience with GTM tools or AI-driven automation workflows (such as n8n, Clay, or similar) would be a significant plus.
• Experience in targeting international clients across various industries is preferred.
