Outbound Contacts Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Acts as a representative of the company by initiating outbound communications with members and/or providers regarding various concerns.

• Engages in fundamental administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks, typically focusing on routine and patterned assignments.

• Conducts necessary follow-ups with members and/or providers.

• Ensures that responses to inquiries from members and/or providers are completed promptly to meet service and quality standards.

• Operates within established guidelines to understand work expectations and quality benchmarks, enjoying some flexibility in prioritization and timing, while working with minimal supervision.

• Adheres to standard policies and practices that allow for some interpretation, deviation, and/or independent judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a call center environment characterized by high call volume, auto-dialers, or dedicated inbound/outbound customer service/support roles.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

• Must be a resident of the state of FLORIDA.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; must possess the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance, and must complete a language proficiency assessment.

• Capable of working independently, remotely, and with minimal oversight.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using multiple shared systems and platforms, and the ability to troubleshoot general technical issues.

• Strong typing and computer navigation abilities, with the capacity to utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously.
