Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training.

• Be part of one of four MDS 'Teams' that represent a designated group of MDS clients.

• Contact 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday using predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner, utilizing a meticulously crafted script that has been approved by our clients.

• Secure financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.

• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid general employment history with long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet workspace at home, free from typical household distractions.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• A commitment to and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit missions we represent.

• A willingness to learn.

• Persistence.
