Call Center Agent – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support to current customers

• Offer technical assistance for issues related to TV, phone, and internet services

• Deliver product recommendations based on customer needs and assist with contract optimization

• Employ a sales-oriented approach during every call

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Preferably possess experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector

• At least 1 year of experience in sales

• Must be able to consistently cover the required working hours

• Should not engage in any secondary employment

• Excellent proficiency in German (C1 level)

• Must be a resident of Germany
