📋 Description

• Contact Claro customers to offer mobile equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home services (Upgrade Fija), providing exclusive promotions and benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center sales.

• Positions available for Lima and provinces.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Operating System Windows 10.

• Core i3 processor of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-connected headphones.

• Camera must be turned on during training (mandatory).
