Asesor de Call Center, ATC, Crosselling, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (Prepaid and Postpaid).

• At the end of the service interaction, the suggested sale must be addressed and finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have remote management tools: Intel Core i3 processor or higher (from 6th generation), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 and above, wired internet of 50 Mbps, 8 GB RAM, solid-state drive (SSD), headsets, and a webcam.

• Experience in sales, either in a CALL CENTER or in-person settings.
