Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage in comprehensive training.

• Be allocated to one of four MDS "Teams" that represents a designated group of MDS clients.

• Make calls for 4-8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday, utilizing predictive dialing technology.

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic manner, following a meticulously prepared script that has been approved by our clients.

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.

• Adhere to minimum fundraising and productivity standards.

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid employment record demonstrating long-term stability.

• A reliable wired internet connection.

• A quiet workspace at home, free from typical household disturbances.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
