Outbound Business Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive sales by initiating outbound cold calls and following up on leads via telephone.

• Promote Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses.

• Achieve and surpass all designated sales targets.

• Guide customers through the processes of lead generation, pipeline management, effective communication, and attentive listening.

• Address customer concerns promptly and aim for resolution during the initial call.

• Regularly update the prospect database and opportunity funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 2-5 years of pertinent work experience is necessary.

• Experience in the wireless industry is highly preferred.

• Prior experience selling Comcast Business Mobile is mandatory.

• Familiarity with managing a sales funnel is essential.

• Proven sales experience is a prerequisite.
